We found these homes offer luxurious touches that are priced at more than a million. The Plan 2 has an interior courtyard which can be entered through multi-slide doors that are like the disappearing doors found on luxury homes in some of Las Vegas most prestigious communities. One of those luxury touches would be the double dishwashers in the Plan 3 Model or the wine storage option in the Plan 4 home. These luxurious options generally aren't offered in homes of this price range.
