One of the newest, high end communities in Summerlin, the Ridges is located West of the 215 Beltway, in the hills above Bear's Best golf course. The guard gated community features production homes built by William Lyons in an all single story community called Topaz. The homes were built in 2003 and prices start just over one million for 3400 square feet, up to the $2 million range for homes with strip and golf course views.

With a list price of $16,995,000, the home sold for $11,500,000 cash on October 4, 2008 after only 195 days on the market.
