Located on Paradise, just North of the Riviera Hotel and South of the Sahara, the entrance to Turnberry Place is opposite the Las Vegas Convention Center. In many ways, Turnberry Place is the Grand Dame of the Las Vegas high rise communities. The centerpiece of the community is the Stirling Club, located in the center of the development. The Stirling Club features fine and casual dining in restaurants overseen by Chef Charlie Palmer. For entertainment, the residents can enjoy a game of billiards and a cigar in the cigar lounge or stop into the piano bar to listen to the evening's entertainment.
By day, the Stirling Club offers a full fitness center complete with an Olympic sized lap pool. While each of the four towers have their own pool, there is also a large outdoor pool at the Stirling Club. Turnberry Place also features tennis courts for residents. There are four towers at Turnberry Place, each with their own management. The first tower was completed in 2001, with Tower II following in 2002, Tower III in 2004 and the final Tower IV in 2006. There are 781 units in the four towers, ranging from a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit in Tower IV to penthouse suites with more than 8000 sq. ft. of living space and private, rooftop pools. Each Tower has its own pool and area for walking dogs. There are tennis courts to unwind as well.
The conveniences at Turnberry Place are those you would expect from a luxury hotel, including 24 hour room service from the Stirling Club's kitchen and concierge service to assist with show tickets, etc. The community owns its own limos, available to residents on a first come first served basis.
