Beazer Homes - Las Vegas New Home Builders offers nice finishes at a budget conscious price.  If you visit Beazer's website, you will notice in the first paragraph they mention their goal of providing "comfort and savings".

Beazer has been building in Las Vegas for decades.  While Beazer has a reputation as a builder for the budget conscious, they have begun incorporating some nice touches into their homes.  Our first time home buyers who purchased a Beazer home in the Summer of 2012, were able to have granite counter tops throughout, a tankless water heater, pavers in the front of the home and ceramic tile floors throughout the downstairs.  Their final price was $149K.  A year later, Beazer is offering similar homes with a starting base price of $206K.  While the price range is not considered luxury, they build a home that appeals to first time home buyers and investors.  

 We do find homes that were built by Beazer in the resale market.  The community where our recent buyers purchased was Saratoga Highlands in Providence.  If you find a resale home in this community, it will be a fairly new home, and prices for resale homes can be a little better than new home prices.  You will also find that Beazer frequently puts any standing inventory into the MLS.

Beazer is currently building new single family homes in Saratoga Highlands at Providence (89166 Zip code) and Stonehurst at Mountain's Edge (89178 Zip code).  They are building town homes with base prices currently starting in the mid 100s at The Cliffs at Dover near Craig Rd. & Nellis AFB (89015 Zip code).  In Henderson they are building single family homes that range from 1843 sf to 3291 sf in Weston Hills, off Lake Mead & Mohawk.  This is in the 89011 zip code and base prices start in the low 200s.
