There are also some new homes that come in a single-story layout in Meranto Ranch, depending on your own individual lifestyle needs.
Skye Canyon sits in an ideal setting itself, in between the Strip and Mt Charleston. This master-planned community offers some move-in ready, new construction homes for buyers to consider, as well. Builders tied to the area include Pulte Homes, Lennar, Century Homes, Beazer Homes, Woodside Homes and Toll Brothers.
