Las Vegas Neighborhoods With Easy Access to EV Charging Stations
Electric vehicles are gaining in popularity, and that has more and more car buyers in search of a convenient place to charge. Luckily, there are hundreds of public EV charging stations in the Las Vegas area to choose from, many of which offer free electric car charges. If you’re looking for a neighborhood with easy access to EV charging stations, here are a few places in Vegas you may want to center your home search.
Centennial Hills
The Centennial Hills Neighborhood sits close to EV Charging stations on the city’s northwest side. Just on the other side of 95 is a YMCA. The Y has two charging stations on the backside of the building.
The chargers are close to a large park too, with a playground, soccer fields, a jogging path and even a dog park while you wait for your car to charge. As for the nearby homes of Centennial Hills, you’ll find several newer construction homes in the area, plus a range of sizes and price points, which helps to make Centennial Hills a great place to take your home search in Las Vegas.
Sandalwood
There’s one EV charging plug right in the Sandalwood neighborhood. This newer construction neighborhood in Las Vegas offers luxury homes starting above $1 million. Along with the convenience of an EV charger, neighbors also delight in mountain and valley views. Typically homes in this prestigious community range from three- to five-bedrooms, up to 5.5-baths and up to a four-car garage.
Highland Falls
The homes of Highland Falls Golf Club also sit close to a couple of charging stations. A Walmart Market on the other side of Cheyenne Avenue has five plugs. There are at least two more plugs on the other side of I-215.
The guard-gated community of Highland Falls offers some alluring homes and properties, many of which come with a great deal of living and entertaining space. The community also offers some sweeping views of the surrounding area.
Shadow Creek
There are some charging stations just south of the Shadow Creek Golf Club, too. You’ll find five plugs at the nearby Sam’s Club and some free chargers on East Lone Mountain Road. Homes in this neighborhood offer plenty of space for homebuyers, especially those who need more bedrooms and baths.
The gated community offers several homes that sit close to the golf course and other area attractions and conveniences, such as some of the city’s many EV chargers.
