Villas at Windmill at Pinnacle Peaks

A quiet, peaceful community that is home to a gorgeous park, Villas at Windmill at Pinnacle Peaks is a community made up of 108 single-family homes. Homes within the Villas at Windmill community feature Mediterranean-style design and contain three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Drive for ten minutes and you’ll arrive at the eastern edge of Red Rock Canyon National Park, where you can truly appreciate the area’s natural beauty. Homes within Monument at Lone Mountain are priced between the low $400s and mid $500s, running in size between 1,700 square feet and more than 2,500 square feet.
