The Mesas of Summerlin is a New Bestseller

Homes next to the MountainsThe Mesas of Summerlin is the newest "village" in the Summerlin master planned community. The location is at the Southern tip of Summerlin and the base of the Spring Mountains. The slightly elevated location provides some of the homes here with beautiful Mountain views and some even have Strip views, especially from the second floor balconies. The original construction started with homes in Ladera Terrace as early as 2004-2005.  As the housing market stalled, construction stopped, but it resumed again in 2011.  Currently, Lennar homes is building on the final lots in Ladera Terrace, on the East side of Mesa Park Dr.

On the South/Southwest side of Mesa Park Dr., near the Mountains, we have Amado Ridge and Amado Crest by Richmond American Homes and Pulte is building Ventana Amado and Terrazo Amado.  These four communities share a community park that includes an adult swimming pool as well as a children's pool and a play area. Just North of Bishop Gorman High School, KB Homes is building the Adelina subdivision.  All the communities are currently building, although it appears that the neighborhoods are selling quickly.  On a recent visit, we were surprised to see that homes were now stretching up to the base of the Mountains, and yes, families have moved into their homes here.

While the Pulte and Richmond American Communities share their own pools, all the communities have access to the new 19 Acre Mesa Park with Tennis, Basketball Courts, Picnic Areas, Play areas, greenbelt and athletic fields for Basketball/Softball/Soccer. As quickly as we're seeing homeowners moving into their new homes in the new subdivision, we're convinced that The Mesas of Summerlin is going to be one of our new best sellers.
