Summerlin Real Estate Market

The Arbors

Summerlin is divided into villages. North Summerlin with the Hills and the Trails was the earliest phase. This area is completely developed with only resale homes available. The newest phases are being built in the Paseos of Summerlin and the Mesas of Summerlin. Luxury home sites can still be purchased to build your dream home in The Ridges of Summerlin.

in 2014, the Discovery Land Company began selling luxury home sites just South of the Ridges. In the newer phases of Summerlin, we can still find new construction homes. Current offerings include townhomes by Toll Brothers in the Mesas. Single family tract homes are available in the Paseos and the Mesas. Semi-custom homes are being built by Wm Lyons in the Ridges of Summerlin. For those who want to build a custom home, vacant lots are available in the Ridges.

Summerlin is known as an upscale community with beautiful luxury homes for sale. There are more reasonably priced options in Summerlin. These include condos, townhomes and tract homes. The Summerlin master plan maintains high standards, even for the tract homes. They limit how close the builders can construct homes that have the same elevation. As a result, Summerlin doesn't have as much of the "cookie-cutter" effect as many tract home neighborhoods.
